e7b69542d9 Ensure that the arguments passed to sys::Program::ExecuteAndWait include 
the program name as the first argument. Thanks go to Markus Oberhumer for
noticing this problem.

140a377f08 Changes to enable creation of native executables directly from gccld and to 
ensure that -L paths don't contain both bytecode and native libraries.

298f85282c For PR351: 
* Place a try/catch block around the entire tool to Make sure std::string
  exceptions are caught and printed before exiting the tool.
* Make sure we catch unhandled exceptions at the top level so that we don't
  abort with a useless message but indicate than an unhandled exception was
  generated.

a0e66891ae Fix the build on PowerPC/Darwin - it thought we were declaring a new 
function or something. Since FileRemover takes a const reference to
sys::Path, we need to pass an actual sys::Path variable.
