1f70368155 llvm-mc/Mach-O: Don't put assembler temporary labels in the symbol table. 
- I moved section creation back into AsmParser. I think policy decisions like
   this should be pushed higher, not lower, when possible (in addition the
   assembler has flags which change this behavior, for example).

04f74d3510 sink uniquing of sections out of MCContext into the ELF and PECOFF TLOF implementations. 
MCContext no longer maintains a string -> section map.

7ead5b498b add some comments: MCContext owns the MCSections, but it bump pointer allocates 
them, so it doesn't have to explicitly free them.

9e2c3aa666 sink the 'name' and 'isdirective' state out of MCSection into its derived classes. 
This totally optimizes PIC16 sections by not having an 'isdirective' bit anymore!! ;-)

610dfdece7 create sections with MCSection::Create instead of Context->getOrCreateSection. 
This is needed to allow polymorphic sections.

37b8fe7db3 llvm-mc: Diagnose misuse (mix) of defined symbols and labels. 
- For example, we diagnose errors on:
--
a:
a = 10
--

 - For now we reject code like:
--
.long a
a = 10
--
   which "as" accepts (on Darwin).

61a6509f6a add trivial support for passing label definitions through the MCStreamer. 
This is suboptimal in several aspects, see the commented out assertion.
I need to talk to Daniel about this.
