aacfef65cf Move DataLayout back to the TargetMachine from TargetSubtargetInfo
derived classes.

Since global data alignment, layout, and mangling is often based on the
DataLayout, move it to the TargetMachine. This ensures that global
data is going to be layed out and mangled consistently if the subtarget
changes on a per function basis. Prior to this all targets(*) have
had subtarget dependent code moved out and onto the TargetMachine.

*One target hasn't been migrated as part of this change: R600. The
R600 port has, as a subtarget feature, the size of pointers and
this affects global data layout. I've currently hacked in a FIXME
to enable progress, but the port needs to be updated to either pass
the 64-bitness to the TargetMachine, or fix the DataLayout to
avoid subtarget dependent features.

f7e0bd2878 [AArch64] Disable useAA for Cortex-A57.
Using AA during CodeGen is very useful for in-order cores. It is less useful for ooo cores. Also I find
enabling useAA for Cortex-A57 may generate worse code for some test cases. If useAA in codegen is improved
and benefical for ooo cores, we can enable it again.

1ac2927c37 [PBQP] Replace PBQPBuilder with composable constraints (PBQPRAConstraint).
This patch removes the PBQPBuilder class and its subclasses and replaces them
with a composable constraints class: PBQPRAConstraint. This allows constraints
that are only required for optimisation (e.g. coalescing, soft pairing) to be
mixed and matched.

This patch also introduces support for target writers to supply custom
constraints for their targets by overriding a TargetSubtargetInfo method:

std::unique_ptr<PBQPRAConstraints> getCustomPBQPConstraints() const;

This patch should have no effect on allocations.

da144ed5a2 Canonicalize header guards into a common format.
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

ca0f4dc4f0 AArch64/ARM64: move ARM64 into AArch64's place
This commit starts with a "git mv ARM64 AArch64" and continues out
from there, renaming the C++ classes, intrinsics, and other
target-local objects for consistency.

"ARM64" test directories are also moved, and tests that began their
life in ARM64 use an arm64 triple, those from AArch64 use an aarch64
triple. Both should be equivalent though.

This finishes the AArch64 merge, and everyone should feel free to
continue committing as normal now.

d7f173214f AArch64/ARM64: remove AArch64 from tree prior to renaming ARM64.
I'm doing this in two phases for a better "git blame" record. This
commit removes the previous AArch64 backend and redirects all
functionality to ARM64. It also deduplicates test-lines and removes
orphaned AArch64 tests.

The next step will be "git mv ARM64 AArch64" and rewire most of the
tests.

Hopefully LLVM is still functional, though it would be even better if
no-one ever had to care because the rename happens straight
afterwards.

6c9595d931 [AArch64] This is a work in progress to provide a machine description
for the Cortex-A53 subtarget in the AArch64 backend.

This patch lays the ground work to annotate each AArch64 instruction
(no NEON yet) with a list of SchedReadWrite types. The patch also
provides the Cortex-A53 processor resources, maps those the the default
SchedReadWrites, and provides basic latency. NEON support will be added
in a subsequent patch with proper forwarding logic.

Verification was done by setting the pre-RA scheduler to linearize to
better gauge the effect of the MIScheduler. Even without modeling the
forward logic, the results show a modest improvement for Cortex-A53.

3bfef6bdb6 Revert r194865 and r194874.
This change is incorrect. If you delete virtual destructor of both a base class
and a subclass, then the following code:
  Base *foo = new Child();
  delete foo;
will not cause the destructor for members of Child class. As a result, I observe
plently of memory leaks. Notable examples I investigated are:
ObjectBuffer and ObjectBufferStream, AttributeImpl and StringSAttributeImpl.

87db53ff7a AArch64: enable MISched by default.
Substantial SelectionDAG scheduling is going away soon, and is
interfering with Hao's attempts to implement LDn/STn instructions, so
I say we make the leap first.

There were a few reorderings (inevitably) which broke some tests. I
tried to replace them with CHECK-DAG variants mostly, but some too
complex for that to be useful and I just reordered them.

e2b0519ed8 Add AArch64 as an experimental target.
This patch adds support for AArch64 (ARM's 64-bit architecture) to
LLVM in the "experimental" category. Currently, it won't be built
unless requested explicitly.

This initial commit should have support for:
    + Assembly of all scalar (i.e. non-NEON, non-Crypto) instructions
(except the late addition CRC instructions).
+ CodeGen features required for C++03 and C99.
+ Compilation for the "small" memory model: code+static data <
      4GB.
    + Absolute and position-independent code.
    + GNU-style (i.e. "__thread") TLS.
    + Debugging information.

The principal omission, currently, is performance tuning.

This patch excludes the NEON support also reviewed due to an outbreak of
batshit insanity in our legal department. That will be committed soon bringing
the changes to precisely what has been approved.

Further reviews would be gratefully received.
