Saleem Abdulrasool	2c235839b6	ARM IAS: support emitting constant values in target expressions ... A 32-bit immediate value can be formed from a constant expression and loaded into a register. Saleem Abdulrasool	4af9bf355f	ARM IAS: support #:{lower,upper}16: for GNU compatibility ... The GNU assembler supports prefixing the expression with a '#' to indiciate that the value that is being moved is infact a constant.
