Replace "fallthrough" comments with LLVM_FALLTHROUGH
...
This is a mechanical change of comments in switches like fallthrough,
fall-through, or fall-thru to use the LLVM_FALLTHROUGH macro instead.

MachineFunction: Return reference for getFrameInfo(); NFC

instead of a pointer.
