db672f1bc8 Use references to attribute groups on the call/invoke instructions. 
Listing all of the attributes for the callee of a call/invoke instruction is way
too much and makes the IR unreadable. Use references to attributes instead.

74351693ea Modify the LLVM assembly output so that it uses references to represent function attributes. 
This makes the LLVM assembly look better. E.g.:

     define void @foo() #0 { ret void }
     attributes #0 = { nounwind noinline ssp }
