343a996ca5 Refactor data-in-code annotations.
Use a dedicated MachO load command to annotate data-in-code regions.
This is the same format the linker produces for final executable images,
allowing consistency of representation and use of introspection tools
for both object and executable files.

Data-in-code regions are annotated via ".data_region"/".end_data_region"
directive pairs, with an optional region type.

data_region_directive := ".data_region" { region_type }
region_type := "jt8" | "jt16" | "jt32" | "jta32"
end_data_region_directive := ".end_data_region"

The previous handling of ARM-style "$d.*" labels was broken and has
been removed. Specifically, it didn't handle ARM vs. Thumb mode when
marking the end of the section.

e255773f3d Teach the MC to output code/data region marker labels in MachO and ELF modes. These are used by disassemblers to provide better disassembly, particularly on targets like ARM Thumb that like to intermingle data in the TEXT segment.

b5c6ae67ac Write the section table and the section data in the same order that
gun as does. This makes it a lot easier to compare the output of both
as the addresses are now a lot closer.

7342155b4c Teach ARM/MC/ELF about gcc compatible reloc output to get past odd linkage
failures with relocations.

The code committed is a first cut at compatibility for emitted relocations in
ELF .o.

Why do this? because existing ARM tools like emitting relocs symbols as
explicit relocations, not as section-offset relocs.

Result is that with these changes,
1) relocs are now substantially identical what to gcc outputs.
2) larger apps (including many spec2k tests) compile, cross-link, and pass

Added reminder fixme to tests for future conversion to .s form.
