The lldb bot failure was a test that was fragile and sensitive to irrelevant
changes in instruction ordering. Re-committing this as the test should have
been skipped for AArch64 now.

This changes the localizer to attempt intra-block localizer of instructions
that have local uses. This is useful because sometimes the entry block itself
has many uses of constant-like instructions, which would benefit from shortening
live ranges. Previously if an inst had no non-local uses, we wouldn't add it to
the list of instructions to attempt further intra-block localization.
This gives a 0.7% geomean code size improvement on CTMark.

When the "disable-tail-calls" attribute was added, checks were added for
it in various backends. Now this code has proliferated, and it is
something the target is responsible for checking. Move that
responsibility back to the ISels (fast, global, and SD).
There's no major functionality change, except for targets that never
implemented this check.

This adds support for `-tailcallopt` tail calls to CallLowering. This
piggy-backs off the changes from D67577, since doing it without a bit of
refactoring gets extremely ugly.
Support is basically ported from AArch64ISelLowering. The main difference here
is that tail calls in `-tailcallopt` change the ABI, so there's some extra
bookkeeping for the stack.
Show that we are correctly lowering these by updating tail-call.ll.
Also show that we don't do anything strange in general by updating
fastcc-reserved.ll, which passes `-tailcallopt`, but doesn't emit any tail
calls.

This is the main CodeGen patch to support the arm64_32 watchOS ABI in LLVM.
FastISel is mostly disabled for now since it would generate incorrect code for
ILP32.

-tailcallopt requires that we perform different stack adjustments than with
sibling calls. For example, the `@caller_to0_from8` function in
test/CodeGen/AArch64/tail-call.ll requires that we adjust SP. Without
-tailcallopt, this adjustment does not happen. With it, however, it is expected.
So, to ensure that adding sibling call support doesn't break -tailcallopt,
make CallLowering always fall back on possible tail calls when -tailcallopt
is passed in.
Update test/CodeGen/AArch64/tail-call.ll with a GlobalISel line to make sure
that we don't differ from the SDAG implementation at any point.

As part of the unification of the debug format and the MIR format, print
MBB references as '%bb.5'.
The MIR printer prints the IR name of a MBB only for block definitions.

It's quite possible to encounter an insertvalue instruction that's more deeply
nested than the value we're looking for, but when that happens we really
mustn't compare beyond the end of the index array.
Since I couldn't see any guarantees about what comparisons std::equal makes, we
probably need to directly check the size beforehand. In practice, I suspect
most std::equal implementations would probably bail early, which would be OK.
But just in case...

When deciding whether a value comes from the aggregate or inserted value of an
insertvalue instruction, we compare the indices against those of the location
we're interested in. One of the lists needs reversing because the input data is
backwards (so that modifications take place at the end of the SmallVector), but
we were reversing both before leading to incorrect results.

Externally-defined functions with weak linkage should not be
tail-called on ARM or AArch64, as the AAELF spec requires normal calls
to undefined weak functions to be replaced with a NOP or jump to the
next instruction. The behaviour of branch instructions in this
situation (as used for tail calls) is implementation-defined, so we
cannot rely on the linker replacing the tail call with a return.

This commit starts with a "git mv ARM64 AArch64" and continues out
from there, renaming the C++ classes, intrinsics, and other
target-local objects for consistency.
"ARM64" test directories are also moved, and tests that began their
life in ARM64 use an arm64 triple, those from AArch64 use an aarch64
triple. Both should be equivalent though.
This finishes the AArch64 merge, and everyone should feel free to
continue committing as normal now.

I'm doing this in two phases for a better "git blame" record. This
commit removes the previous AArch64 backend and redirects all
functionality to ARM64. It also deduplicates test-lines and removes
orphaned AArch64 tests.
The next step will be "git mv ARM64 AArch64" and rewire most of the
tests.
Hopefully LLVM is still functional, though it would be even better if
no-one ever had to care because the rename happens straight
afterwards.

Only Linux is supported at the moment, and other platforms quickly fault. As a
result these tests would fail on non-Linux hosts. It may be worth making the
tests more generic again as more platforms are supported.

This patch adds support for AArch64 (ARM's 64-bit architecture) to
LLVM in the "experimental" category. Currently, it won't be built
unless requested explicitly.
This initial commit should have support for:
+ Assembly of all scalar (i.e. non-NEON, non-Crypto) instructions
(except the late addition CRC instructions).
+ CodeGen features required for C++03 and C99.
+ Compilation for the "small" memory model: code+static data <
4GB.
+ Absolute and position-independent code.
+ GNU-style (i.e. "__thread") TLS.
+ Debugging information.
The principal omission, currently, is performance tuning.
This patch excludes the NEON support also reviewed due to an outbreak of
batshit insanity in our legal department. That will be committed soon bringing
the changes to precisely what has been approved.
