4a169be530 - Rename TargetInstrDesc, TargetOperandInfo to MCInstrDesc and MCOperandInfo and 
sink them into MC layer.
- Added MCInstrInfo, which captures the tablegen generated static data. Chang
TargetInstrInfo so it's based off MCInstrInfo.

025720d06f Add pass that expands pseudo instructions into target instructions after register allocation. Define pseudos that get expanded into mtc1 or mfc1 instructions.
