Davide Italiano	c5771fbe04	[NewGVN] XFAIL a flaky test until I find out what's going on. ... I bet the change is correct but this test seems to expose some underlying problem that manifest only on some buildbots, and I'm not able to reproduce locally. This code was missing a check for stores, so we were thinking the congruency class didn't have any memory members, and reset the memory leader.
