92dc58fea6 Use .cfi_sections to put the unwind info in .debug_frame when possible. With 
this clang will use .debug_frame in, for example,
clang -g -c -m32 test.c
This matches gcc's behaviour. It looks like .debug_frame is a bit bigger
than .eh_frame, but has the big advantage of not being allocated.

99831068c8 Add 129518 back with a fix for when we are producing eh just because of debug info. 
Change ELF systems to use CFI for producing the EH tables. This reduces the
size of the clang binary in Debug builds from 690MB to 679MB.

05a4c0b1f2 Introducing the "linker_weak" linkage type. This will be used for Objective-C 
metadata types which should be marked as "weak", but which the linker will
remove upon final linkage. For example, the "objc_msgSend_fixup_alloc" symbol is
defined like this:

       .globl l_objc_msgSend_fixup_alloc
       .weak_definition l_objc_msgSend_fixup_alloc
       .section __DATA, __objc_msgrefs, coalesced
       .align 3
l_objc_msgSend_fixup_alloc:
        .quad   _objc_msgSend_fixup
        .quad   L_OBJC_METH_VAR_NAME_1

This is different from the "linker_private" linkage type, because it can't have
the metadata defined with ".weak_definition".

9867c1a075 Rework global alignment computation again. Now we do round up 
alignment of globals to the preferred alignment, but only when
there is no section specified on the global (by far the common
case).

0d3490e0b0 clean up the asmprinter interface a bit, rename a few 
"Print" methods to "Emit".  Emit is something that goes
to an mc streamer, Print is something that goes to a
raw_ostream (for inline asm)
