The x86_amx is used for AMX intrisics. <256 x i32> is bitcast to x86_amx when
it is used by AMX intrinsics, and x86_amx is bitcast to <256 x i32> when it
is used by load/store instruction. So amx intrinsics only operate on type x86_amx.
It can help to separate amx intrinsics from llvm IR instructions (+-*/).

The file was added in 2007 but the functions have never been implemented.
Having the file can only cause confusion to existing C API (llvm-c/lto.h) users.
There's a small number of users of this function, they are all updated.
This updates the C API adding a new method LLVMGetTypeByName2 that takes a context and a name.

This adds support for scalable vector types in the C API and in
llvm-c-test, and also adds a test to ensure that llvm-c-test can properly
roundtrip operations involving scalable vectors.
While creating this diff, I discovered that the C API cannot properly roundtrip
_constant expressions_ involving shufflevector / scalable vectors, but that
seems to be a separate enough issue that I plan to address it in a future diff
(unless reviewers feel it should be addressed here).

This patch breaks Orc.h up into Orc.h, LLJIT.h and OrcEE.h.
Orc.h contain core Orc utilities.
LLJIT.h contains LLJIT specific types and functions.
OrcEE.h contains types and functions that depend on ExecutionEngine.
The intent is that these headers should match future library divisions: Clients
who only use Orc.h should only need to link againt the Orc core libraries,
clients using LLJIT.h will also need to link against LLVM core, and clients
using OrcEE.h will also have to link against ExecutionEngine.
In addition to breaking up the Orc.h header this patch introduces functions to:
(1) Set the object linking layer creation function on LLJITBuilder.
(2) Create an RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer instance (particularly for use in (1)).
(3) Register JITEventListeners with an RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer.
Together (1), (2) and (3) can be used to force use of RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer
as the underlying JIT linker for LLJIT, rather than the platform default, and
to register event listeners with the RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer.
C API clients can now define a custom definition generator by providing a
callback function (to implement DefinitionGenerator::tryToGenerate) and context
object. All arguments for the DefinitionGenerator::tryToGenerate method have
been given C API counterparts, and the API allows for optionally asynchronous
generation.
Symbol string pool entries are ref counted, but not automatically cleared.
This can cause the size of the pool to grow without bound if it's not
periodically cleared. These functions allow that to be done via the C API.
This removes all legacy layers, legacy utilities, the old Orc C bindings,
OrcMCJITReplacement, and OrcMCJITReplacement regression tests.
ExecutionEngine and MCJIT are not affected by this change.
It is not a good idea to expose raw constants in the LLVM C API. Replace this with an explicit getter.

This commit fixes a regression (from LLVM 10 to LLVM 11 RC3) in the LLVM
C API.
Previously, commit 1ee6ec2bf removed the mask operand from the
ShuffleVector instruction, storing the mask data separately in the
instruction instead; this reduced the number of operands of
ShuffleVector from 3 to 2. AFAICT, this change unintentionally caused
a regression in the LLVM C API. Specifically, it is no longer possible
to get the mask of a ShuffleVector instruction through the C API. This
patch introduces new functions which together allow a C API user to get
the mask of a ShuffleVector instruction, restoring the functionality
which was previously available through LLVMGetOperand().
This patch also adds tests for this change to the llvm-c-test
executable, which involved adding support for InsertElement,
ExtractElement, and ShuffleVector itself (as well as constant vectors)
to echo.cpp. Previously, vector operations weren't tested at all in
echo.ll.
I also fixed some typos in comments and help-text nearby these changes,
which I happened to spot while developing this patch. Since the typo
fixes are technically unrelated other than being in the same files, I'm
happy to take them out if you'd rather they not be included in the patch.

Commit 3a29393b4709d15069130119cf1d136af4a92d77 removes the cmath/math.h
includes from the DataTypes.h header to speed up parsing. However the
DataTypes.h header was using this header to get the macro `HUGE_VAL` for its own
`HUGE_VALF` macro definition. Now the macro instead just expands into a plain
`HUGE_VAL` token which leads to compiler errors unless `math.h` was previously
included by the including source file. It also leads to compiler warnings with
enabled module builds which point out this inconsistency.
The correct way to fix this seems to be to just remove HUGE_VALF from the
header. llvm-c is not referencing that macro from what I can see and users
probably should just include the math headers if they need it (or define it on
their own for really old C versions).

this has to get in first.
Patch includes functional test case for both IR and corresponding

This reverts commit 59d6e814ce0e7b40b7cc3ab136b9af2ffab9c6f8.
The cause for the revert (3 clang tests running opt -ipconstprop) was
fixed by removing those lines.
As far as I know, ipconstprop has not been used in years and ipsccp has
been used instead. This has the potential for confusion and sometimes
leads people to spend time finding & reporting bugs as well as
updating it to work with the latest API changes.
This patch moves the tests over to SCCP. There's one functional difference
I am aware of: ipconstprop propagates for each call-site individually, so
for functions that are called with different constant arguments it can sometimes
produce better results than ipsccp (at much higher compile-time cost). But
IPSCCP can be thought to do so as well for internal functions and as mentioned
earlier, the pass seems unused in practice (and there are no plans on working
towards enabling it anytime).

Adds basic support for LLJITBuilder and DynamicLibrarySearchGenerator. This
allows C API clients to configure LLJIT to expose process symbols to JIT'd
code. An example of this is added in
llvm/examples/OrcV2CBindingsReflectProcessSymbols.
DataTypes.h is meant to wrap the integer type and limits headers, which
have some unfortunate variance. The FP math functions declared by math.h
are not unnecessary. math.h took a noticeable amount of time to parse
(~40ms), but that could be startup costs.
Anyway, we don't need to include it, so skipping it can't hurt.
This has been present since the initial CMake build was added in 2008.
Renames the llvm/examples/LLJITExamples directory to llvm/examples/OrcV2Examples
since it is becoming a home for all OrcV2 examples, not just LLJIT.

extract the Swift names of Clang declarations that were deserialized

When importing (system) Clang modules, LLDB needs to know which SDK
(e.g., MacOSX, iPhoneSimulator, ...) they came from. While the sysroot
attribute contains the absolute path to the SDK, this doesn't work
well when the debugger is run on a different machine than the
compiler, and the SDKs are installed in different directories. It thus
makes sense to just store the name of the SDK instead of the absolute
path, so it can be found relative to LLDB.

The DW_AT_LLVM_sysroot attribute is used for Clang module debug info,
to allow LLDB to import a Clang module from source. Currently it is
part of each DW_TAG_module, however, it is the same for all modules in
a compile unit. It is more efficient and less ambiguous to store it
once in the DW_TAG_compile_unit.
This should have no effect on DWARF consumers other than LLDB.

This is a purely cosmetic change that is NFC in terms of the binary
output. I bugs me that I called the attribute DW_AT_LLVM_isysroot
since the "i" is an artifact of GCC command line option syntax
(-isysroot is in the category of -i options) and doesn't carry any
useful information otherwise.
This attribute only appears in Clang module debug info.
