30281a67fb [C++11] More 'nullptr' conversion. In some cases just using a boolean check instead of comparing to nullptr.

797ae6fd0d [Layering] Move DebugLoc.h into the IR library. The implementation
already lived there and it is where it belongs -- this is the in-memory
debug location representation.

This is just cleanup -- Modules can actually cope with this, but that
doesn't make it right. After chatting with folks that have out-of-tree
stuff, going ahead and moving the rest of the headers seems preferable.

ca305491f6 Sort the #include lines for the include/... tree with the script.
AKA: Recompile *ALL* the source code!

This one went much better. No manual edits here. I spot-checked for
silliness and grep-checked for really broken edits and everything seemed
good. It all still compiles. Yell if you see something that looks goofy.

149cf816bb change EH related stuff (other than EH_LABEL) to use MCSymbol
instead of label ID's. This cleans up and regularizes a bunch
of code and makes way for future progress.

Unfortunately, this pointed out to me that JITDwarfEmitter.cpp
is largely copy and paste from DwarfException/MachineModuleInfo
and other places. This is very sad and disturbing. :(

One major change here is that TidyLandingPads moved from being
called in DwarfException::BeginFunction to being called in
DwarfException::EndFunction. There should not be any
functionality change from doing this, but I'm not an EH expert.

d50951dc1e Change indirect-globals to use a dedicated allocIndirectGV. This lets us
remove start/finishGVStub and the BufferState helper class from the
MachineCodeEmitter interface. It has the side-effect of not setting the
indirect global writable and then executable on ARM, but that shouldn't be
necessary.

a4b7ea7485 Add line numbers to OProfile. To do this, I added a processDebugLoc()
call to the MachineCodeEmitter interface and made copying the start
line of a function not conditional on whether we're emitting Dwarf
debug information. I'll propagate the processDebugLoc() calls to the
non-X86 targets in a followup patch.

In the long run, it'll probably be better to gather this information
through the DwarfWriter, but the DwarfWriter currently depends on the
AsmPrinter and TargetAsmInfo, and fixing that would be out of the way
for this patch.

There's a bug in OProfile 0.9.4 that makes it ignore line numbers for
addresses above 4G, and a patch fixing it at
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.oprofile/7634

5e78e558ff Add support to the JIT for true non-lazy operation. When a call to a function
that has not been JIT'd yet, the callee is put on a list of pending functions
to JIT. The call is directed through a stub, which is updated with the address
of the function after it has been JIT'd. A new interface for allocating and
updating empty stubs is provided.

Add support for removing the ModuleProvider the JIT was created with, which
would otherwise invalidate the JIT's PassManager, which is initialized with the
ModuleProvider's Module.

Add support under a new ExecutionEngine flag for emitting the infomration
necessary to update Function and GlobalVariable stubs after JITing them, by
recording the address of the stub and the name of the GlobalValue. This allows
code to be copied from one address space to another, where libraries may live
at different virtual addresses, and have the stubs updated with their new
correct target addresses.

2bf37af52d Several related changes:
1. Change several methods in the MachineCodeEmitter class to be pure virtual.
2. Suck emitConstantPool/initJumpTableInfo into startFunction, removing them
from the MachineCodeEmitter interface, and reducing the amount of target-
   specific code.
3. Change the JITEmitter so that it allocates constantpools and jump tables
*right* next to the functions that they belong to, instead of in a separate
pool of memory. This makes all memory for a function be contiguous, and
means the JITEmitter only tracks one block of memory now.

d100478886 Fix a purely hypothetical problem (for now): emitWord emits in the host
byte format. This doesn't work when using the code emitter in a cross target

isn't a current problem, but if we ever start emitting .o files, it would be.

055baf5c7b Refactor the machine code emitter interface to pull the pointers for the current
code emission location into the base class, instead of being in the derived classes.

This change means that low-level methods like emitByte/emitWord now are no longer
virtual (yaay for speed), and we now have a framework to support growable code
segments. This implements feature request #1 of PR469.

02e0c80ecb Like constants, globals on some platforms are GOT relative. This means they have to be allocated
near the GOT, which new doesn't do. So break out the allocate into a new function.

Also move GOT index handling into JITResolver. This lets it update the mapping when a Lazy
function is JITed. It doesn't managed the table, just the mapping. Note that this is
still non-ideal, as any function that takes a function address should also take a GOT
index, but that is a lot of changes. The relocation resolve process updates any GOT entry
it sees is out of date.
