e6801b7c24 remove one form of EmitString, just use EmitBytes instead. We must 
be careful to add a \0 at the end though, because EmitString didn't
do this.

56de8ddd56 If a instruction belongs to another function (and not current function) as per debug info attached with the instruction then ignore the dangling lexical scope of this instruction. Such scopes are unreachable.

30bc9263b9 Refactor code that finds context for a given die. 
Create global variable DIEs after creating subprogram DIEs. This allows function level static variable's to find their context at the time of DIE creation.
