026230b0a9 Enable hoisting of loads from constant memory by default. In cases where 
they are lowered to instruction sequences more complex than a simple
load, such that CodeGen cannot rematerialize them, a reload from a
spill slot is likely to be cheaper than the complex sequence.

ed37f33b81 LICM shouldn't sink/delete debug information. Fix this and add a testcase. 
For now the metadata of sinked/hoisted instructions is still wrong, but that'll
be fixed when instructions will have debug metadata directly attached.

205b641954 Change tests from "opt %s" to "opt < %s" so that opt doesn't see the 
input filename so that opt doesn't print the input filename in the
output so that grep lines in the tests don't unintentionally match
strings in the input filename.

1ecbcecdf3 Put the LICM of constant GlobalVariables, introduced in r53945, under a 
command-line option, and disable it by default. It introduced performance
regressions because CodeGen is currently not able to remat such loads.

8eb899ecbc "Allow LICM to sink or lift loads from constant memory. Also add a test 
case for this.

This allows instructions like loads from global variables declared to
be constant to be moved out of loops."

d8a4dbb5da Rename the last test with .llx extension to .ll, resolve duplicate test by renaming to isnan2. Now that no test has llx ending there is no need to search for them from dg.exp too.

265752ae8f Ding dong, the DoesntAccessMemoryFns and 
OnlyReadsMemoryFns tables are dead!  We
get more, and more accurate, information
from gcc via the readnone and readonly
function attributes.

56b310ae49 Make the llvm-runtest function much more amenable by eliminating all the 
global variables that needed to be passed in. This makes it possible to
add new global variables with only a couple changes (Makefile and llvm-dg.exp)
instead of touching every single dg.exp file.
