9ec82f54d4 manually upgrade a bunch of tests to modern syntax, and remove some that 
are either unreduced or only test old syntax.

900ceb725b Teach dwarf writer to handle complex address expression for .debug_loc entries. 
This fixes clang generated blocks' variables' debug info.
