Similar to gep (r230786) and load (r230794) changes.
Similar migration script can be used to update test cases, which
successfully migrated all of LLVM and Polly, but about 4 test cases
needed manually changes in Clang.
(this script will read the contents of stdin and massage it into stdout
- wrap it in the 'apply.sh' script shown in previous commits + xargs to
apply it over a large set of test cases)

This is equivalent to the AMDGPUTargetMachine now, but it is the
starting point for separating R600 and GCN functionality into separate
targets.
It is recommened that users start using the gcn triple for GCN-based
GPUs, because using the r600 triple for these GPUs will be deprecated in
the future.

This would assert if a constant address space was extern
and therefore didn't have an initializer. If the initializer
was undef, it would hit the unreachable unhandled initializer case.
An extern global should never really occur since we don't have
machine linking, but bugpoint likes to remove initializers.
