b868163de4 ARM: Fixup some tests using denormal-fp-math attribute 
Don't use the deprecated, single mode form in tests. Also make sure to
parse the attribute, in case of the deprecated form.

522c2a6a6a Checking FP function attribute values and adding more build attribute tests. 
This renames the function for checking FP function attribute values and also
adds more build attribute tests (which are in separate files because build
attributes are set per file).
