945a4cd524 [CodeGen] Default CTTZ_ZERO_UNDEF/CTLZ_ZERO_UNDEF to Expand in TargetLoweringBase. This is what the majority of the targets want and removes a bunch of code. Set it to Legal explicitly in the few cases where that's the desired behavior.

4b163a5aa3 Tweak some atomics functions in preparation for larger changes; NFC.
- Rename getATOMIC to getSYNC, as llvm will soon be able to emit both
  '__sync' libcalls and '__atomic' libcalls, and this function is for
  the '__sync' ones.

- getInsertFencesForAtomic() has been replaced with
  shouldInsertFencesForAtomic(Instruction), so that the decision can be
  made per-instruction. This functionality will be used soon.

- emitLeadingFence/emitTrailingFence are no longer called if
  shouldInsertFencesForAtomic returns false, and thus don't need to
  check the condition themselves.

ad6347a9fa [Hexagon] Make memcpy lowering thread-safe
This removes an unpleasant hack involving a global variable for special
lowering of certain memcpy calls. These are now lowered as intended in
EmitTargetCodeForMemcpy in the same way that other targets do it.

a44eae5e57 AArch64: use ldxp/stxp pair to implement 128-bit atomic loads.
The ARM ARM is clear that 128-bit loads are only guaranteed to have been atomic
if there has been a corresponding successful stxp. It's less clear for AArch32, so
I'm leaving that alone for now.

6a3a04f00f [WinEH] Update exception pointer registers
Summary:
The CLR's personality routine passes these in rdx/edx, not rax/eax.

Make getExceptionPointerRegister a virtual method parameterized by
personality function to allow making this distinction.

Similarly make getExceptionSelectorRegister a virtual method parameterized
by personality function, for symmetry.

f11fad31d2 [Hexagon] Fix debug information for local objects
- Isolate the check for the existence of a stack frame into hasFP.
- Implement getFrameIndexReference for DWARF address computation.
- Use getFrameIndexReference for offset computation in eliminateFrameIndex.
- Preserve debug information for dynamically allocated stack objects.
- Prefer FP to access local objects at -O0.
- Add experimental code to skip allocframe when not strictly necessary
  (disabled by default).

3d9f4e715f [CodeGen] Refactor TLI/AtomicExpand interface to make LLSC explicit.
We used to have this magic "hasLoadLinkedStoreConditional()" callback,
which really meant two things:
- expand cmpxchg (to ll/sc).
- expand atomic loads using ll/sc (rather than cmpxchg).

Remove it, and, instead, introduce explicit callbacks:
- bool shouldExpandAtomicCmpXchgInIR(inst)
- AtomicExpansionKind shouldExpandAtomicLoadInIR(inst)

7b1d22a17d PseudoSourceValue: Replace global manager with a manager in a machine function.
This commit removes the global manager variable which is responsible for
storing and allocating pseudo source values and instead it introduces a new
manager class named 'PseudoSourceValueManager'. Machine functions now own an
instance of the pseudo source value manager class.

This commit also modifies the 'get...' methods in the 'MachinePointerInfo'
class to construct pseudo source values using the instance of the pseudo
source value manager object from the machine function.

This commit updates calls to the 'get...' methods from the 'MachinePointerInfo'
class in a lot of different files because those calls now need to pass in a
reference to a machine function to those methods.

This change will make it easier to serialize pseudo source values as it will
enable me to transform the mips specific MipsCallEntry PseudoSourceValue
subclass into two target independent subclasses.

89b0e53c15 [TargetLowering] StringRefize asm constraint getters.
There is some functional change here because it changes target code from
atoi(3) to StringRef::getAsInteger which has error checking. For valid
constraints there should be no difference.

c42437a4f8 Remove DisableTailCalls from TargetOptions and the code in resetTargetOptions
that was resetting it.

Remove the uses of DisableTailCalls in subclasses of TargetLowering and use
the value of function attribute "disable-tail-calls" instead. Also,
unconditionally add pass TailCallElim to the pipeline and check the function
attribute at the start of runOnFunction to disable the pass on a per-function
basis. 
 
This is part of the work to remove TargetMachine::resetTargetOptions, and since
DisableTailCalls was the last non-fast-math option that was being reset in that
function, we should be able to remove the function entirely after the work to
propagate IR-level fast-math flags to DAG nodes is completed.

Out-of-tree users should remove the uses of DisableTailCalls and make changes
to attach attribute "disable-tail-calls"="true" or "false" to the functions in
the IR.

d6f4926afa ScheduleDAGInstrs: In functions with tail calls PseudoSourceValues are not non-aliasing distinct objects
The code that builds the dependence graph assumes that two PseudoSourceValues
don't alias. In a tail calling function two FixedStackObjects might refer to the
same location. Worse 'immutable' fixed stack objects like function arguments are
not immutable and will be clobbered.

Change this so that a load from a FixedStackObject is not invariant in a tail
calling function and don't return a PseudoSourceValue for an instruction in tail
calling functions when building the dependence graph so that we handle function
arguments conservatively.

Fix for PR23459.

This adds debug location to constant nodes of Selection DAG and updates
all places that create constants to pass debug locations
(see PR13269).

Can't guarantee that all locations are correct, but in a lot of cases choice
is obvious, so most of them should be. At least all tests pass.

Tests for these changes do not cover everything, instead just check it for
SDNodes, ARM and AArch64 where it's easy to get incorrect locations on
constants.

This is not complete fix as FastISel contains workaround for wrong debug
locations, which drops locations from instructions on processing constants,
but there isn't currently a way to use debug locations from constants there
as llvm::Constant doesn't cache it (yet). Although this is a bit different
issue, not directly related to these changes.
