a682cb61e7 split MCSection stuff out to its own .cpp file, add a new 
MCSectionWithKind subclass of MCSection.

610dfdece7 create sections with MCSection::Create instead of Context->getOrCreateSection. 
This is needed to allow polymorphic sections.
