44c5a10c53 [PM] Wire up another test to the new pass manager. 
Nothing really interesting here, but I had to improve the test to use
variables rather than hard coding value names as we happen to end up
with different value names in the new PM.

dd96d0ab2b [Inliner] Don't treat inalloca allocas as static 
They aren't static, and moving them to the entry block across something
else will only result in tears.

Root cause of http://crbug.com/636558.
