f9d5689496 Change target-specific classes to use more precise static types.
This eliminates the need for several awkward casts, including
the last dynamic_cast under lib/Target.

beeb4e5c8c - Refactor the code that resolve basic block references to a TargetJITInfo
method.
- Added synchronizeICache() to TargetJITInfo. It is called after each block
of code is emitted to flush the icache. This ensures correct execution
on targets that have separate dcache and icache.
- Added PPC / Mac OS X specific code to do icache flushing.

still lots of uglyness.
Maybe calls will come soon.
Fixing the return value of things will be necessary to make alpha work.
