Chandler Carruth	d200829a4f	Convert the uses of '|&' to use '2>&1 |' instead, which works on old ... versions of Bash. In addition, I can back out the change to the lit built-in shell test runner to support this. Dan Gohman	c44dee5fbd	When emitting an instruction which depends on both a post-incremented ... induction variable value and a loop-variant value, don't force the insert position to be at the post-increment position, because it may not be dominated by the loop-variant value.
