This code is currently considered ... to be unreliable on platforms which require memcpy calls, and it is complicating broader legalize cleanups. Cameron Zwarich	af47f4a117	A CCState was being created without setting whether it is in the Call or Prologue state, ... causing an assertion failure downstream. This fixes <rdar://problem/9562908>.
