2e4356ed42 Update documentation and implementation of stage3 build 
Have the build work out of the box by forcing an LLD build.

That way, we don't require an external LTO-aware linker,
as we build one.

Also remove reference to the seemingly dead builder.

b6aca00b70 Updates based on post-commit review of r263834 
* Renamed to be camel case, consistent with other docs.
* Fixed non-ascii characters (this is what I get for writing docs on an iPad).
