17080aa296 Remove getDataLayout() from TargetSelectionDAGInfo (had no users) 
Summary:
Remove empty subclass in the process.

This change is part of a series of commits dedicated to have a single
DataLayout during compilation by using always the one owned by the
module.

c74bcc2521 [ARM] Use AEABI aligned function variants 
AEABI defines aligned variants of memcpy etc. that can be faster than
the default version due to not having to do alignment checks. When
emitting target code for these functions make use of these aligned
variants if possible. Also convert memset to memclr if possible.

da144ed5a2 Canonicalize header guards into a common format. 
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

234efcaac4 Have ARMSelectionDAGInfo take a DataLayout as it's argument as the 
DAG has access to the subtarget and TargetSelectionDAGInfo only
needs a DataLayout.

2790ee3a8e Track IR ordering of SelectionDAG nodes 2/4. 
Change SelectionDAG::getXXXNode() interfaces as well as call sites of
these functions to pass in SDLoc instead of DebugLoc.

759db3cbe3 RTABI chapter 4.3.4 specifies __eabi_mem* calls. Specifically, __eabi_memset accepts parameters (ptr, size, value) in a different order than GNU's memset (ptr, value, size), therefore the special lowering in AAPCS mode. Implementation by Evzen Muller.

f94de5bf46 reimplement memcpy/memmove/memset lowering to use MachinePointerInfo 
instead of srcvalue/offset pairs.  This corrects SV info for mem 
operations whose size is > 32-bits.

fb6f4da0e0 Implement a bunch more TargetSelectionDAGInfo infrastructure. 
Move EmitTargetCodeForMemcpy, EmitTargetCodeForMemset, and
EmitTargetCodeForMemmove out of TargetLowering and into
SelectionDAGInfo to exercise this.
