c8b1f095a3 Move the personality function from LandingPadInst to Function 
The personality routine currently lives in the LandingPadInst.

This isn't desirable because:
- All LandingPadInsts in the same function must have the same
  personality routine.  This means that each LandingPadInst beyond the
  first has an operand which produces no additional information.

- There is ongoing work to introduce EH IR constructs other than
  LandingPadInst.  Moving the personality routine off of any one
  particular Instruction and onto the parent function seems a lot better
  than have N different places a personality function can sneak onto an
  exceptional function.

968fc2e59b Tests: rewrite 'opt ... %s' to 'opt ... < %s' so that opt does not emit a ModuleID 
This is done to avoid odd test failures, like the one fixed in r171243.

49175bcdcd Indvars: Don't recursively delete instruction during BB iteration. 
This can invalidate the iterators leading to use after frees and crashes.
Fixes PR12536.

9e0ae022d2 Fix SCEVExpander::visitAddRecExpr so that it remembers the induction variable 
it inserted rather than using LoopInfo::getCanonicalInductionVariable to
rediscover it, since that doesn't work on non-canonical loops. This fixes
infinite recurrsion on such loops; PR7562.

5c2f2edd08 first half of a pass through IndVarSimplify::HandleFloatingPointIV, 
this cleans up a bunch of code and also fixes several crashes and
miscompiles.  More to come unfortunately, this optimization
is quite broken.
