18054ad909 NVPTX: Replace uses of cuda.syncthreads with nvvm.barrier0 
Everywhere where cuda.syncthreads or __syncthreads is used, use the
properly namespaced nvvm.barrier0 instead.

3251647c03 Don't tail-duplicate blocks that contain convergent instructions. 
Summary:
Convergent instrs shouldn't be made control-dependent on other values,
but this is basically the whole point of tail duplication.  So just bail
if we see a convergent instruction.
