180923f053 TBAA: remove !tbaa from testing cases if not used. 
This will make it easier to turn on struct-path aware TBAA since the metadata
format will change.

dbc3175c89 During two-address lowering, rescheduling an instruction does not untie 
operands. Make TryInstructionTransform return false to reflect this.
Fixes PR11861.
