dd23f36ed6 * Add ability to get and set the output stream 
* New feature: outputting a Type* as symbolic, controlled via the stream
  similarly to sending std::hex to change number format

1dc8e19185 Clarify the logic: the flag is renamed to `deleteFn' to signify it will delete 
the function instead of isolating it. This also means the condition is reversed.

94f0180757 Add a boolean flag to delete this function from module, leaving the rest behind.

c35a86f48b * Improve file header comment 
* Remove #include
* Add some methods to update loop/loopinfo
* Stop explicitly holding the loop depth in the Loop class.  Instead, just
  dynamically calculate it.  This makes it easier to update LoopInfo as a
  result of transformations.

7174acca00 Change the ExitBlocks list from being explicitly contained in the Loop 
structure to being dynamically computed on demand.  This makes updating
loop information MUCH easier.

12e1831ffe Change the call graph class to have TWO external nodes, making call graph 
SCC passes much more useful.  In particular, this should fix the incredibly
stupid missed inlining opportunities that the inliner suffered from.
