Re-apply the memory operand changes, with a fix for the static

initializer problem, a minor tweak to the way the
DAGISelEmitter finds load/store nodes, and a renaming of the
new PseudoSourceValue objects.

Florian Brander, cleanup and updating to TOT by me.
