Dan Gohman	c40eb525ad	Reapply the new LoopStrengthReduction code, with compile time and ... bug fixes, and with improved heuristics for analyzing foreign-loop addrecs. Dale Johannesen	f5a072c388	Make LoopStrengthReduce smarter about hoisting things out of ... loops when they can be subsumed into addressing modes. Change X86 addressing mode check to realize that some PIC references need an extra register.
