67c04e77e5 Have MachineFunction cache a pointer to the subtarget to make lookups 
shorter/easier and have the DAG use that to do the same lookup. This
can be used in the future for TargetMachine based caching lookups from
the MachineFunction easily.

Update the MIPS subtarget switching machinery to update this pointer
at the same time it runs.

adb1afb7c7 [C++11] Add 'override' keywords and remove 'virtual'. Additionally add 'final' and leave 'virtual' on some methods that are marked virtual without overriding anything and have no obvious overrides themselves. Mips edition

82ad9fc7c8 Break PseudoSourceValue out of the Value hierarchy. It is now the root of its own tree containing FixedStackPseudoSourceValue (which you can use isa/dyn_cast on) and MipsCallEntry (which you can't). Anything that needs to use either a PseudoSourceValue* and Value* is strongly encouraged to use a MachinePointerInfo instead.

87f14b4eec Re-sort all of the includes with ./utils/sort_includes.py so that 
subsequent changes are easier to review. About to fix some layering
issues, and wanted to separate out the necessary churn.

Also comment and sink the include of "Windows.h" in three .inc files to
match the usage in Memory.inc.

ff17fbeebc [mips] Implement the following optimizations using dominance information to 
make PIC calls a little more efficient:

1. Remove instructions setting up $gp if it is known that a function has been
   called at least once.
2. Save the address of a called function in a register instead of loading
   it from the GOT at every call site.
