54c6b81933 [DebugInfo] Unify dumping of address ranges

2b478e9fb4 Move dwarfdump test to DebugInfo/X86 now that it looks for x86 register names 
Otherwise this test will fail on bots (like the hexagon bot) that don't
enable the x86 backend.
