706b74d404 Start adding support for generating CC1 command lines from CompilerInvocation
This change includes the following:
- Add additional information in the relevant table-gen files to encode
the necessary information to automatically parse the argument into a
CompilerInvocation instance and to generate the appropriate command
line argument from a CompilerInvocation instance.
- Extend OptParserEmitter to emit the necessary macro tables as well as
constant tables to support parsing and generating command line
arguments for options that provide the necessary information.
- Port some options to use this new system for parsing and generating
command line arguments.

77e8c7e211 [lld-macho] Specify the complete set of command-line options for ld64
This is a complete Options.td compiled from ld(1) dated 2018-03-07 and
cross checked with ld64 source code version 512.4 dated 2018-03-18.

This is the first in a series of diffs for argument handling. Follow-ups
will include switch cases for all the new instances of `OPT_foo`, and
parsing/validation of arguments attached to options, e.g., more code
akin to `OPT_platform_version` and associated `parsePlatformVersion()`.

87d13166c7 Make llvm::StringRef to std::string conversions explicit.
This is how it should've been and brings it more in line with
std::string_view. There should be no functional change here.

This is mostly mechanical from a custom clang-tidy check, with a lot of
manual fixups. It uncovers a lot of minor inefficiencies.

This doesn't actually modify StringRef yet, I'll do that in a follow-up.

1254b69520 Let unaliased Args track which Alias they were created from, and use that in Arg::getAsString() for diagnostics
With this, `clang-cl /source-charset:utf-16 test.cc` now prints `invalid
value 'utf-16' in '/source-charset:utf-16'` instead of `invalid value
'utf-16' in '-finput-charset=utf-16'` before, and several other clang-cl
flags produce much less confusing output as well.

Fixes PR29106.

Since an arg and its alias can have different arg types (joined vs not)
and different values (because of AliasArgs<>), I chose to give the Alias
its own Arg object. For convenience, I just store the alias directly in
the unaliased arg – there aren't many arg objects at runtime, so that
seems ok.

Finally, I changed Arg::getAsString() to use the alias's representation
if it's present – that function was already documented as being the
suitable function for diagnostics, and most callers already used it for
diagnostics.

Implementation-wise, Arg::accept() previously used to parse things as
the unaliased option. The core of that switch is now extracted into a
new function acceptInternal() which parses as the _aliased_ option, and
the previously-intermingled unaliasing is now done as an explicit step
afterwards.

(This also changes one place in lld that didn't use getAsString() for
diagnostics, so that that one place now also prints the flag as the user
wrote it, not as it looks after it went through unaliasing.)

41ec2302bf lld-link: Make /debugtype: option work better
- The code tried to pass false to split()'s KeepEmpty parameter, but
instead passed it to MaxSplit. As a result, it would never split on
commas. This has been broken since the flag was added in r278056.

- The code used getSpelling() for getting the argument's values, but
getSpelling() always returns the `/debugtype:` prefix without any
values. So if any /debugtype: flag was passed, it always resulted in
an "unknown option:" warning. (The warning code then used the correct
getValue() for printing the invalid option, so the warning looked
kind of like it made sense.) This regressed in r342894.

Slightly improve the test coverage of this feature (but since I don't
know what this flag actually does, there's still no test for the correct
semantics), and add a comment to getSpelling() explaining what it does.

ae65e281f3 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

2eec2bea38 [COFF] Process /EXPORT option in fastpath
Patch by Takuto Ikuta.

This patch reduces lld link time of chromium's blink_core.dll in

Total size of input argument in .directives become nearly 300MB in the
build and almost all its content are /EXPORT.

To reduce time of parsing too many /EXPORT option in the build, I
introduce fastpath for /EXPORT in ArgParser::parseDirectives.

On my desktop machine, 4 times stats of the link time are like below.

a80ee75318 [Option] Add 'findNearest' method to catch typos
Summary:
Add a method `OptTable::findNearest`, which allows users of OptTable to
check user input for misspelled options. In addition, have llvm-mt
check for misspelled options. For example, if a user invokes
`llvm-mt /oyt:foo`, the error message will indicate that while an
option named `/oyt:` does not exist, `/out:` does.

The method ports the functionality of the `LookupNearestOption` method
from LLVM CommandLine to libLLVMOption. This allows tools like Clang
and Swift, which do not use CommandLine, to use this functionality to
suggest similarly spelled options.

As room for future improvement, the new method as-is cannot yet properly suggest
nearby "joined" options -- that is, for an option string "-FozBar", where
"-Foo" is the correct option name and "Bar" is the value being passed along
with the misspelled option, this method will calculate an edit distance of 4,
by deleting "Bar" and changing "z" to "o". It should instead calculate an edit
distance of just 1, by changing "z" to "o" and recognizing "Bar" as a
value. This commit includes a disabled test that expresses this limitation.

7b5a74e77a [Bash-autocompletion] Add support for static analyzer flags
Summary:
This is a patch for clang autocomplete feature.

It will collect values which -analyzer-checker takes, which is defined in
clang/StaticAnalyzer/Checkers/Checkers.inc, dynamically.
First, from ValuesCode class in Options.td, TableGen will generate C++
code in Options.inc. Options.inc will be included in DriverOptions.cpp, and
calls OptTable's addValues function. addValues function will add second
argument to Option's Values class. Values contains string like "foo,bar,.."
which is handed to Values class
in OptTable.

eb66b33867 Sort the remaining #include lines in include/... and lib/....
I did this a long time ago with a janky python script, but now
clang-format has built-in support for this. I fed clang-format every
line with a #include and let it re-sort things according to the precise
LLVM rules for include ordering baked into clang-format these days.

I've reverted a number of files where the results of sorting includes
isn't healthy. Either places where we have legacy code relying on
particular include ordering (where possible, I'll fix these separately)
or where we have particular formatting around #include lines that
I didn't want to disturb in this patch.

This patch is *entirely* mechanical. If you get merge conflicts or
anything, just ignore the changes in this patch and run clang-format
over your #include lines in the files.

Sorry for any noise here, but it is important to keep these things
stable. I was seeing an increasing number of patches with irrelevant
re-ordering of #include lines because clang-format was used. This patch
at least isolates that churn, makes it easy to skip when resolving
conflicts, and gets us to a clean baseline (again).

b21c01c07b ArgList: cache index ranges containing arguments with each ID
Improve performance of argument list parsing with large numbers of IDs and
large numbers of arguments, by tracking a conservative range of indexes within
the argument list that might contain an argument with each ID. In the worst
case (when the first and last argument with a given ID are at the opposite ends
of the argument list), this still results in a linear-time walk of the list,
but it helps substantially in the common case where each ID occurs only once,
or a few times close together in the list.

This gives a ~10x speedup to clang's `test/Driver/response-file.c`, which
constructs a very large set of command line arguments and feeds them to the
clang driver.
