Chris Lattner 010e9fb704 remove the lower packed pass. It can never work and even the parts that

could work don't work fully.  This fixes PR1705.  Oh yeah, we don't have
packed types anymore either ;-)

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
