David Green 03965166e2 [ARM] Fixup the creation of VPT blocks
This attempts to just fix the creation of VPT blocks, fixing up the iterating,
which instructions are considered in the bundle, and making sure that we do not
overrun the end of the block.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
