Evan Cheng 03ef7cf749 Reason #3 from 60595 doesn't hold true. If we can fold a PIC load from constpool into a use, the rewrite happens at time of spill (not in VirtRegMap). Later on, if the GlobalBaseReg is spilled, the spiller can see the use uses GlobalBaseReg and do the right thing.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
