Jim Lin 04ff5f4d15 [RISCV] Don't emit save-restore call if function is a interrupt handler
It has to save all caller-saved registers before a call in the handler.
So don't emit a call that save/restore registers.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
