Igor Laevsky 05bff16edd Add argmemonly attribute. ... This change adds new attribute called "argmemonly". Function marked with this attribute can only access memory through it's argument pointers. This attribute directly corresponds to the "OnlyAccessesArgumentPointees" ModRef behaviour in alias analysis.
