Simon Atanasyan 0810cf52bd [mips] Implement generation of relocations "chains" used by N32 ABI

In case of using a "nested" relocation expressions like this
`%hi(%neg(%gp_rel()))`, N32 ABI requires generation of three consecutive
relocations. That differs from the N64 ABI case where all relocations
are packed into the single relocation record.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
