Peter Collingbourne fdc75b32a2 [bindings/go] Add DebugLoc parameter to InsertXXXAtEnd() 
These functions previously passed nil for the location, which always resulted in a crash.

This is a signature breaking change, but I cannot see how they could have been used before.

This directory contains bindings for the LLVM compiler infrastructure to allow
programs written in languages other than C or C++ to take advantage of the LLVM
infrastructure--for instance, a self-hosted compiler front-end.
