Simon Pilgrim ee23af1e27 [TargetLowering] SimplifyDemandedVectorElts - add DemandedElts mask to ISD::BITCAST SimplifyDemandedBits call.
This fixes most of the regressions introduced in the rG4bc6f6332028 bugfix. The vector-trunc.ll issue should be fixed by D66004.
