Esme-Yi 4a3c52750c [yaml2obj] Initial the support of yaml2obj for 32-bit XCOFF.
Summary: The patch implements the mapping of the Yaml
information to XCOFF object file to enable the yaml2obj
tool for XCOFF. Currently only 32-bit is supported.
