David Greene 125709b0ea Fix the case where the number of jobs is less than the 
number of threads.  In that case make the number of threads
equal to the number of jobs and launch one jobs on each
thread.  This makes things work like make -j.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
