Oleg Ranevskyy 12688b77bb [ARM] Temporarily disable globals promotion to constant pools to prevent miscompilation Summary: A temporary workaround for PR32780 - rematerialized instructions accessing the same promoted global through different constant pool entries. The patch turns off the globals promotion optimization leaving all its code in place, so that it can be easily turned on once PR32780 is fixed. Since this is a miscompilation issue causing generation of misbehaving code, and the problem is very subtle, the patch might be valuable enough to get into 4.0.1. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you are writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
