Simon Atanasyan 1c312f2b01 [DebugInfo] Dump CIE augmentation data as a list of hex bytes

CIE augmentation data might contain non-printable characters.
The patch prints the data as a list of hex bytes.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
