Nikita Popov 1eb2ecc5c6 [InstSimplify] Fold min/max based on dominating condition
If we have a dominating condition that x >= y, then umax(x, y) is x,
etc. I'm doing this in InstSimplify as the corresponding transform
for the select form is also done there.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
