Craig Topper 2249826460 [AVX512] Add support for lowering PALIGNR for v64i8.
Could do this for other types to, but this is what's needed to replace the instrinsic with native IR in clang.

unittests Revert commit r271704, a patch that enables warnings for non-portable #include and #import paths (Corresponding clang patch has been reverted by r271761). Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
