Hal Finkel 26ff1b7453 Add a runtime unrolling parameter to the LoopUnroll pass constructor ... As with the other loop unrolling parameters (the unrolling threshold, partial unrolling, etc.) runtime unrolling can now also be controlled via the constructor.
